On the last weekend in October, we gave our customers and suppliers, as well as the general public, an exciting insight into our production facilities.
On the Friday, the personal invitation was mainly accepted by customers and suppliers from Switzerland and neighbouring countries. They did not miss the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the company’s innovative machines and services. Some of Krüsi’s partners were also represented with a stand. This encouraged dialogue and innovations could be presented.
Many families attended the event on the Saturday, not least thanks to the glorious autumn weather. The local population took the opportunity to find out more about the company.
Hermann Blumer, a timber construction engineer known far beyond Switzerland’s borders, and Walter Schär, founder of Schär Holzbau in Altbüron, opened the event with a speech. In this, they emphasised the importance of innovation and cooperation in the field of mechanical engineering. With nostalgic memories and many a joke, the two entertained numerous visitors in the banqueting hall, who listened to their stories. Fabienne and Andrin Iseli, the next generation of Krüsi Maschinenbau AG, led through the speeches and, at the end, presented our business owners Urs and Silvia Iseli with a carved wall clock.
Guided tours provided information about the machines and production processes directly on site. Knowledgeable employees guided the guests through the rooms and answered questions or gave a demonstration of the machining processes the systems are capable of.
To complete the atmosphere, our guests were treated to free TURM coffee. There was plenty of time for personal discussions and dialogue.
