The universal joinery system with CNC processing robot for the highest demands on quality and precision. From conventional carpentry joinery to conservatory and staircase construction.
Complex, intricately twisted customer requests, as well as conventional carpentry joinery, are no problem for the Ligamatic. The machine impresses with its quality and precision in a compact design. With a maximum cutting length of 24,000 mm, a cutting height of 1,000 mm and a cutting width of 1,500 mm, even large projects can be realised. With the Lignamatic, Fritz Krüsi designed the first CNC joinery system for timber construction in 1986.
Up to twelve workpieces can be clamped simultaneously on the transport carriage. These are held securely from the first to the last processing step. Flipping and turning are not necessary. This results in short production times and high efficiency for your business. Even complex workpieces are processed by the Lignamatic ready for assembly, even with rough-sawn wood.
