CNC machine center
PowerCut MC-15

They are used within general carpentry joinery, such as half-timbered building and chalet construction, as well as pole joinery. From floor and ceiling elements, to elaborate roof constructions with complex contours, to free-form engineered timber construction; there are almost no limits to the possible applications.

The machine processes timber dimensions of max. 1,300 x 300 mm and still impresses with its small footprint. The number of processing units and the dimensions of the wood passage can be customised. Sawing, milling and drilling units consist of a 1-, 2- or 4-head spindle and can be equipped with the required tools. The multifunctional joinery center with 6 x 5 axes offers space for a maximum of 14 tools, with the ideal speed determined for each of them.

The multi-channel technology eliminates the need to change moulds during the process, massively reducing execution times. All rotary and swivelling axes can be interpolated. Once one processing head has finished its work, the next head moves to the workpiece to continue. The machine performs the required machining operations on all 6 reference sides in a single pass.

Machine center MC-15 Q1

The same design as the MC-15 Q2, but the advanced wood joinery solution does not require a pit, which means that there is no need for time-consuming and costly work on your premises. The system is suitable for processing bars and panels from 19 mm, as well as a wide variety of joints in timber construction.

The machining center can be equipped with up to 3×5-axis units on a cross beam and fitted with individual tools. 5 reference sides are machined with just one clamping operation. Wood cuttings can be transported by conveyor belt into a chipper or box.
